Return Process

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

    Ship the Device

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
